Every morning, from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., the waterfront is closed off for outdoor sports. The apartment is also surrounded by bars and excellent restaurants. Furthermore, it's less than 3 km from the Cabo Branco Lighthouse and Science Station, 4 km from the Tambaú Crafts Fair, and just 7 km from the Convention Center.

The Cabo Branco neighborhood is very traditional and coastal. It enchants with its beaches, coconut trees, and peaceful atmosphere. We are close to several important tourist attractions, such as the Cabo Branco Lighthouse (the easternmost point in the Americas), the Cabo Branco Station - Science, Culture, and Arts (designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer and an important cultural and educational center in the region), the Seixas Natural Pools (a beautiful walk through the warm, crystal-clear waters, surrounded by flora and fauna), and the Craft Market and craft fair (with beautiful regional products). Furthermore, we are on a quick access route to the paradisiacal beaches of our South Coast, the Paraíba Aquarium, and the Convention Center. The Cabo Branco waterfront is closed to traffic during the early morning hours for outdoor sports.
