- If you would like to request cleaning, towel changes, or bed linen changes, an additional fee will be charged and it must be scheduled in advance.

- We offer only one complimentary cleaning after 6 days of stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The condominium does not allow visitor entry, only registered guests.

- The leisure area with swimming pool, gym, and coworking space is available for use; access to the Gourmet Space is not permitted by the condominium.

- There is a daily fee to use the parking lot.

- In the pool area and rooftop, the use of speakers, cans, bottles, glasses, or glass containers is prohibited. Only plastic drink containers are allowed. Eating is not permitted in these areas.

- For waste disposal, trash bins are located in the basement near the garage gate.
