Pets are not allowed. The condominium does not permit visitors; only registered guests are allowed access.

The leisure area, including the pool and gym, is available for guests' use. The condominium offers rotating parking spaces.

For the pool and rooftop areas, the use of sound systems is prohibited, as is bringing in cans, bottles, glasses, or glass containers. Only plastic beverage containers are permitted, and food consumption is not allowed in these areas.
