Breakfast is not included in the stay. If you wish to request cleaning, towel changes, or bed linen changes, an additional fee will be charged, and the service must be scheduled in advance. We offer a complimentary cleaning after 7 days of stay. Pets are not allowed. The condominium does not permit the entry of visitors, only registered guests. The leisure area with a pool and gym is available for use. Rotating parking is provided.

For the pool and rooftop areas, the use of speakers, cans, bottles, glasses, or any glass containers is prohibited. Only plastic beverage containers are allowed. Eating snacks in these areas is not permitted. Hours of use for the rooftop and pool: daily, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Hours of use for the gym: daily, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
